The School Leaders programme is the 21 day Outward Bound experience for current Year 12 students who will be in a school leadership role in 2013. 

Throughout three weeks of challenging experiences such as sailing, kayaking, tramping, rock climbing and community service, you will:

• Learn about yourself through both success and failure

• Understand your values and how they guide personal decisions and affect others

• Have opportunities to develop your leadership skills and gain public speaking experience

• Learn ways to effectively influence others and be a successful role model

• Create life long friendships and networks with other young leaders from schools across New Zealand
