Compass Course 20 - 30 year old employees
Compass is an 8 day professional development programme especially designed for 20 - 30 year old employees.
In April 2010 we surveyed over 70 managers and asked them to outline what skills they thought were most required from these employees. The results led us to develop the Compass course.
