A programme designed to enhance your teams creativity and efficiency. We will design a programme that sequentially builds on key themes, using both theoretical and outdoor methods. Some examples of themes are below.

Organisational
If your organisation is looking for 'change' or you believe there are some issues to address, we offer you a programme in partnership with one of our external Business facilitators. Needs analysis, programme design and follow-up is attended to by the consultant. Outward Bound attends to the outdoor components and the logistics of the programme.
Fitness
Lack of fitness is not a barrier to our custom design courses as they are designed to the specific abilities of the group. What is more important is that participants are healthy and open to challenge. We cater for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness in our custom designed programmes to ensure they are all-inclusive.
