To attend an Outward Bound course you must complete an enrolment form. There are different forms depending on the course:

• If you are going on a Mind Body Soul, Classic, Masters, Discovery, Aspire, Activate, Horizons or No Limits course please complete a Standard OB enrolment form. This form is able to be completed online, however on completion you must print, sign and post, email or fax to us - as it does not allow changes to be saved. Please ensure you complete all FOUR pages. If you have not booked on a course yet you can either send in the form with your deposit or book online from the course page.

• If you are attending a Navigator or Compass course or if your employer is paying for you, complete a Professional enrolment form (pdf). This form is able to be completed online, however on completion, as it does not allow changes to be saved, you must print, sign and post, email or fax to us. Please ensure you complete all FOUR pages. If you are on a custom designed programme your enrolment will be sent to you by your Programme Manager.
