Enrolment Forms

To attend an Outward Bound course you must complete an enrolment form. There are different forms depending on the course:

• If you are going on a Mind Body Soul, Classic, Discovery, Masters, Aspire, Horizons or No Limits course please complete a Standard OB enrolment form (pdf).  This form is able to be completed online, however on completion you must print, sign and either post or fax to us -  as it does not allow changes to be saved.  Please ensure you complete all FOUR pages. If you have not booked on a course yet you can either send in the form or book online straight away from the course page.
• If you are attending a Navigator course or if your employer is paying for you, complete a Professional enrolment form (pdf). This form is able to be completed online, however on completion, as it does not allow changes to be saved, you must print, sign and either post or fax to us.  Please ensure you complete all FOUR pages. If you are on a custom designed programme your enrolment will be sent to you by your Programme Manager.
• If you do not hold a New Zealand passport then you are classed as an International Student and must complete an International student enrolment form (pdf).  This form is able to be completed online, however on completion, as it does not allow changes to be saved, you must print, sign and either post or fax to us.  Please ensure you complete all FOUR pages.
