Step 3: Financial support accessed by Outward Bound on your behalf

Many organisations support Outward Bound and provide funds for us to distribute to individuals who need it. These funds come from benefactors, charitable trusts, gaming trusts and others. Funding through Outward Bound is limited, so if you can access contributions from other sources, please do.

To receive financial support you must be enrolled on your course before you apply.

Enrolment requires a deposit which is not refundable, but is transferable. Provided you are committed to attending, take responsibility and follow all the steps in a timely way, we will work with you to ensure you get on your course.

Once you have completed Steps 1 and 2 we will need you to complete a Fundraising Support Application form. Please call our Funding Advisor on 0800OUTWARD for a copy or send an email.
