This year the staff of Outward Bound New Zealand completed the Best Place to Work survey again. The survey is a great way for the organisation to gain staff feedback on all areas of working for Outward Bound. 

Outward Bound New Zealand won the “small-medium sized workplace” category for 2008. It is great to have this recognition and at the same time be aware of what we can work on to keep this organisation striving for greatness.
