We receive many emails from people trying to register
and getting the error message “Not in Database”. If you get this message it generally means you have already registered for the MyWatchmates website and all you need to do now is Log On.

If you have forgotten your username and password click on the 'Forgot your password?' link in the login box (pictured) and follow the prompts. This will give you the opportunity to reset your password. 

After you have reset your password, make sure you go to your profile and update your contact details.
