Mind Body Soul is the ultimate Outward Bound experience for 16 to 18 year olds. Over the 21 day adventure you will develop friendships that will last a lifetime. Through learning outdoor activities like sailing, kayaking, bush and navigation, you will leave with a strong sense of personal responsibility, independence and motivation. The course will challenge your limits, enable you to discover what is important to you, and show you the opportunity your future holds.
