Navigator Leadership Development 
The Navigator course is an 8 day leadership development course focused on the core skills required to effectively manage yourself and your team around you.

Compass Emerging Talent
The Compass course is designed for the younger professional entering the workforce. It is an 8 day option that develops the fundamental skills and attitudes required to perform in workplace teams.  

Custom Designed Courses
For many organisations experiencing change it is often very important to bring key teams of people together. In these cases we work with the training and development team to co-design a short custom course to meet set objectives. These short courses are inexpensive and particularly good at developing the interpersonal and relational skills of a team. 

HR Training Taster Course 
This free two day course will help training decision makers to accurately assess what options are available from Outward Bound New Zealand, how these may fit the business / training need, and how to best select candidates.

Venue - Anakiwa in the Marlborough Sounds

The Outward Bound School is situated in Anakiwa, Marlborough Sounds. The venue consists of a range of purpose built accommodation, break out rooms and a dining and kichen facility. The shared bunk style accommodation is tidy, well kept and functional for it's purpose. 

The food is surprisingly good and caters well to many different specialty diets.
