Sir Woolf & Lady Joyce Fisher
The late Sir Woolf (1912-1975) and Lady Joyce (1912-2009) were instrumental in the establishment of Outward Bound New Zealand. Sir Woolf was Outward Bound's first president, and financially assisted over 80 people to attend Outward Bound through the Woolf Fisher Charitable Trust. Sir David Levene
David has been a passionate supporter of Outward Bound for a long time. David has sponsored students, provided financial support for the Trust’s capital projects, lent his business acumen to the Trust and most recently made a significant contribution to the Cobham Memorial Scholarship fund. Pub Charity provides grassroots funding to support community organisations and clubs all over New Zealand through gaming machines in hotels and taverns.
Kathmandu want to give as many everyday New Zealanders the chance to experience Outward Bound. As well as donating clothing and equipment, Kathmandu have also set up the "Live the Dream" scholarship for their customers.
Dick Hubbard (founder of Hubbards Foods Ltd) is a fantastic supporter of Outward Bound. He has even named a cereal after us! 50 cents from the sale of each box of Hubbards Outward Bound Cereal goes to support Outward Bound.
Mt Riley is a family owned and operated Marlborough winemaker. Their support was sparked by our shared values and Mt Riley's personal connection to the school, Mt Riley’s General Manager Amy completed her course in the late 90’s. As well as contributing $10,000 to our Cutter Replacement Programme, Mt Riley are also donating $5 from every bottle sold, to this campaign.
