Wellingtonian Breanna Ward swam the Strait in 7hours 26mins on Saturday 1st December, 2018 to raise funds for the Outward Bound Champion programme. We caught up with Breanna to chat about the swim and what she's planning next.

New partnership with No Duff announced
This is not a drill! Outward Bound is excited to announce a new partnership with No Duff, a New Zealand veteran support charity. In February 2019, 14 veterans will take part in the inaugural No Duff Outward Bound course.

Tales of Outward Bound, from 1964 to today
After becoming inspired by ex-instructor Doug Hutchinson's tales of his time as an instructor in 1964, Serpil decided to dig a little deeper into the history of Outward Bound and how the school operates today. The result is a dynamic and engaging radio documentary giving from varying perspectives on OB, from the early 60's to today.
Led by Mindfulness trainer, mindful leadership consultant, speaker and coach - Maya Nova, our new Wellbeing Course takes traditional mindfulness practices and blends them with the classic elements of an Outward Bound experience.
