School Leaders

For Ages 16-18 Duration 21 days

For students transitioning in a leadership role in year 12 or 13. Understand what it means to become a leader and work as part of a team. Learn how to inspire others and be a great role model, while getting in touch with your values and understanding how they guide personal decisions. Create life long friendships and networks with other young leaders from schools across New Zealand.

Our courses are designed to be mentally, emotionally, and physically challenging for the average participant. Activities occur in all weather conditions and can include off-track tramping, camping outside (sometimes alone), whitewater and surf kayaking, running, sailing, swimming, rockclimbing and high-ropes.

The School Leaders course taught me how to be a great leader – speak up and be confident because if you lead by great example others will follow.
