LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES
Professional Development for Current and Aspiring Leaders
A lifetime of learning in five days
Outward Bound is one of New Zealand’s premier providers of personal and professional development. Our leadership courses build self-confidence, resilience and empathy - the foundation for courageous culture in your workplace.
We take leadership training out of the boardroom and into the outdoors, where you'll experience real challenges with real consequences. You'll also practice giving and receiving honest feedback, making decisions with incomplete information, and find out what kind of leader you are when it counts.
Courses are delivered by expert facilitators and instructors, achieving in 5-days what many programmes take years to accomplish.
