Marcel's Quick Banoffee Pie

Our deconstructed Banoffee Pie is an easy winner, and by easy we mean easy! It’s a perfect dessert to whip up quickly with basic pantry ingredients.

Ingredients

½ packet super wine biscuits

50g melted butter

3 large bananas

½ can caramel condensed milk, whisked

200g semi whipped cream 

drinking chocolate for dusting

Method

Crush biscuits softly and combine with melted butter, place in a bowl.

Slice the bananas and combine with whisked caramel condensed milk and semi whipped cream. Mix in with the crushed biscuits.

Dust heavily with drinking chocolate and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
