Our deconstructed Banoffee Pie is an easy winner, and we mean easy! It’s a perfect dessert to whip up quickly with basic pantry ingredients.

Each year our Southern Cross students celebrate with a multicultural dinner exchanging recipes from their home countries and the dishes are so delicious we had to share. So here are just a few of the amazing dishes our students have shared – Bon Appetit!
