Outward Bound Crew Members - or Regular Givers - are the backbone of our organisation.

Crew Members play a vital role by providing support for young people like Devon Watene, who could not access an Outward Bound course due to financial disadvantage.

Devon is just one of the young people who benefited from the kind support of Crew Members. He had a tough start to life in Te Awamutu, but flourished on his Outward Bound experience. Devon now has goals firmly in place for his future. Read his story in full.
